1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Stacytask website and its services.
• "Worker" refers to a user who performs tasks on the Platform.
• "Advertiser" refers to a user who posts jobs or tasks on the Platform.
• "User", "You", and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Advertiser Responsibilities

• Advertisers must provide clear and accurate instructions for their jobs.
• Advertisers are responsible for funding their account to cover the costs of their jobs.
• Job posts must not contain illegal, adult, or malicious content.
• Advertisers must review submitted proofs fairly and in a timely manner. The Platform reserves the right to auto-approve submissions for expired jobs.

4. Worker Responsibilities

• Workers must perform tasks honestly and according to the Advertiser's instructions.
• Submitting false or incomplete proofs is strictly forbidden and may result in account suspension.
• Using bots, VPNs, or multiple accounts to complete tasks is prohibited.

5. Payments, Withdrawals, and Fees

• Advertisers pre-fund their jobs. Funds for approved tasks are transferred to the Worker's earnings balance.
• Workers can request to withdraw their earnings subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable fees.
• All fees (e.g., job posting fees, withdrawal fees) are disclosed on the Platform. Fees are subject to change.
• The Platform acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for tax obligations of any User.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stacytask, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
